Received word that retired Beaverton Police Department Detective Tom Moore passed away a few days ago after fighting a second battle with throat cancer. Tom was one hell of a Detective and a good friend. He served as President of the ONEA in the late 90's and worked numerous major narcotic investigations during his career. Rest in Peace, Tom, you'll be missed.
